I am well versed in several modalities of therapeutic intervention, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma informed CBT (TF-CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), CBT for Insomnia (CBTi), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Couples Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Group Therapy.
